The Revie⨁ project aims to develop a digital platform for patients at the end of life, enabling them to share their journey with their loved ones or healthcare professionals. The goal is to improve their well-being, support their care plan, and leave a record that can be accessed even remotely.

The system will include:

• a secure web platform for storing, managing, sharing, and viewing stories,
• a mobile/tablet app that facilitates their creation and digitization, integrating text, photos, audio, and video.

Patients will be able to control access to their stories, ensuring confidentiality and personalization.
